Return Policy for Showstop

At Showstop, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we are here to help.

Faulty Products: If you receive a product that is faulty, we offer a full replacement or refund. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return process:

1. Contact Us: Notify us of the fault within 90 days of receiving your product by emailing us at hello@showstop.com.au or calling our customer service team at (+61) 0468 872 477.

2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the faulty product.

3. Return the Product: Once you have the RAN, please securely package the product and include the RAN in your return shipment. Send the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the fault. If the product is deemed faulty, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Purchases from Authorized Resellers: If you purchased your product from an authorized reseller and it is faulty, please contact the reseller to initiate your refund. All resellers are required to follow Showstops refund policy.

General Conditions:

• Only products purchased directly from Showstop or from authorised resellers are eligible for a refund.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

• This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
